Digital Products Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds as digital products are delivered instantly, and there is no way to physically return the product.

Exchange Policy

14-Day Exchange: We understand that finding the right contract template for your needs is crucial. If you find that the template purchased does not suit your needs, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of your purchase. You can exchange your original purchase for another contract template of equal or lesser value that better suits your requirements.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team at clientsuccess@kicksaaslegal.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange in your communication.
  2. Select a New Template: Once your initial request is reviewed, we will guide you through the process of selecting a new template.
  3. Delivery of New Template: Upon selection, the new template will be delivered to you digitally without any additional charges.

Exceptions

Please note that no exchanges will be granted if the request is made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.
