Terms of Use and Contract Template License Agreement

Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to KickSaaSLegal (the "Website" and "Company"). This Terms of Use and Contract Template License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of and access to the Website and any products, materials, and services provided by or on the Website (collectively, the "Services"), including the licensing of contract templates. You represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. License to Use Contract Templates

Grant of License:

The Company provides various contract templates that you may use for your personal or business purposes. Subject to this Agreement, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the contract templates provided through the Services for either a single personal or single commercial purpose.

Permitted Uses:

You are allowed to modify the templates to fit your specific circumstances. However, you cannot redistribute, resell, or sub-license the templates without our prior written consent,

Restrictions:

You shall not:

• Use the templates for any unlawful purpose.
• Claim intellectual property rights over the original template design.

Termination of License:

The Company reserves the right to terminate this license agreement if you violate any of the terms herein.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all materials therein, including, without limitation, the contract templates, text, graphics, logos, and all other intellectual property rights are owned by the Company or its licensors. The Company warrants that it has the rights to use all intellectual property it claims to own or license. Your use of the Services does not transfer to you any ownership or other rights in the Services or the content you access. However, you retain ownership of any content you upload or transmit through the Services, subject to the license granted to the Company below.

Changes to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this Agreement and, where appropriate, notified through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Website. You shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third parties when using the Services.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, concerning its subject matter.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
